This one minute ad was one of the most viral videos in 2017. It’s about a young boy who doesn’t have the opportunity to participate in sporting activities because of his disabilities. The story has been weaved in such a way that it subtly brings Canadian Tire into the frame without mentioning Candian Tire once, and of course referencing its product – wheels.
There are no fancy graphics, no expensive animation or videography, just a nice short story that people can connect with.
Ads should represent our everyday lives, our struggles and our hopes for the future, they should make us laugh, cry, hope and dream for something bigger and better. And that is what Canadian Tire has done through this astounding piece of art.
