Personal Data We Collect 

Customers & Potential Customers.  If you express an interest in obtaining additional information about Taldn, such as through our Contact form or through one of our team members, we may request that you provide personal contact information such as name, title, company name, address, phone number, email address, and other information about your potential business needs.  

Becoming a creator.  If you choose to register as a member of Taldn you will be required to provide us with information about yourself, including your name and/or company name so we can identify your submissions, email address so we can contact you about matters such as your submissions, projects on which you are participating and prizing, and birth date to confirm your age.

By participating in a project, you will also be supplying us with your words, ideas, concepts, scripts, pictures, videos, or other information that you choose to submit.We may aggregate these submissions with other submissions to analyze the data or to provide to a Sponsor of a project. On select projects, we may also make your submissions available for public voting on our website. 

From time to time, we may use the contact information to alert members of new projects and communicate news, relevant information, events, and reminders. During a project, participants to the project will be shown and identified only by their handles, which are their public login names and their photograph, if they choose to upload a picture. 

Visitors to the website may be allowed to view a project without identifying themselves, but project participants must be members logged in with their email and password. Winners’ names and earnings may be released to governmental authorities as required by law. 

The personal information you provide must be accurate and complete, and all registration details (where applicable) must contain your real name, email and other requested details. You are solely responsible for your personal information and we may take any action with respect to your personal information we deem necessary or appropriate if we believe it may cause Taldn, our community, or our customers to suffer any loss, liability or commercial damage.

Managing Information on Your Taldn Account

Forums

Taldn makes forum-style discussion topics available to our members and customers. These forums will identify Taldn members by their user handles and profile picture, if provided. Those simply viewing the forums may do so without identifying themselves, but those who wish to participate must be logged in members or customers. Please remember that any information you disclose in these areas becomes public information. Accordingly, you should always exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal information in the forum

Feedback

Taldn may ask you for feedback and comments about the website or the projects and we encourage your participation. Any feedback that is submitted becomes the property of Taldn. We may use this feedback, such as success stories, for marketing purposes, to enhance our capabilities, to create new features, or to contact you for further feedback.
